Do you want to send a reoccurring email in Outlook that contains the same content each time? Does it need to be scheduled to send at a future date? You can do this by creating AutoText to quickly insert your standard content, and then use the Outlook Delay Delivery feature to schedule the email to automatically send on a future date.
To create AutoText:
- Compose your email, and then select the text in the email body, that you want to repeat each week
- On the Insert tab on the Ribbon, in the Text group, click on the Quick Parts button, then choose Save Selection to AutoText Gallery
- Give it a name and click OK
Quickly create email and schedule deliver:
- Start a new email, and click in the body of the message
- On the Insert tab on the Ribbon, in the Text group, click on the Quick Parts button, choose AutoText then choose your named AutoText item to insert it into your email
- On the Options tab on the Ribbon, in the More Options group, click on the Delay Delivery button
- In the dialog box, check the box for the Do Not Deliver Before option and set the desired delivery date and time.
